Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary information, resources, and decision-makers required for project execution. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines and costs.
9. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in the Service Agreement for each engagement. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with outstanding payments beyond agreed terms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms specified in the Service Agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Both parties shall return or destroy confidential information upon request.
